Language
Seven of the eight physicians consult in conversational English, with Japanese and Chinese also spoken by named doctors. Front-desk coordination is covered in Chinese and Japanese. For detailed clinical discussion an interpreter sits in on the consultation.
Payment
Overseas cards and cash in won are both accepted. Tax refund is not operated at this clinic. A treatment certificate is issued on request.
Insurance
The clinic and its physicians carry medical liability insurance.
